Internal Gear Pumps

G Series

Daido Internal Gear Pump G series has many supply records in liquid transfer of various industries such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food etc. We are highly evaluated for its durability and reliability. The gear, which is the heart of the pump, demonstrates a long service life and high efficiency with originally developed Taocloid gear tooth profile.
For our main products G series, there are more than Two Million Selections, combining the main material, material of bush, method of sealing, with or without jacket etc. From among these, you can make an appropriate combination of pump according to customer’s needs.

Theory of Function

  1. When the driving gear and the pinion gear are disengaged on the suction side of the casing, a negative pressure area is created and liquid flows into this area.

  2. When liquid is captured in the teeth clearances of the driving and pinion gear, the liquid is transported in the rotation direction. The crescent-shaped separation member of the casing cover partitions the gap formed due to eccentricity between the pinion and driving gears and serves to carry a fixed volume of liquid to the discharge side.

  3. The inside of the gear casing is filled with liquid that has been carried in.

  4. Then, the teeth of the driving gear and pinion gear fully mesh in the middle between the suction side and discharge side, forming a sealing point to prevent internal leakage. This action increases the liquid pressure and causes liquid to be discharged from the discharge port.

The Daido Internal Gear Pump SE series was born as a result of many years of R&D based on G series which has quite a lot of supply records in the chemical industries etc. The structure characterized by the originally developed Taocloid gear tooth profile and high functionality realizes outstanding performance and operation for general application.

Non Sealing Pumps

M series

Daido Mag Pumps are internal gear type seal-less pumps of Taocloid gear tooth and magnet coupling using rare-earth cobalt magnet.

Lobe Pumps

NR series

Daido Lobe pumps are non-contact type pumps, in which 2 rotors are driven via a timing gear and do not contact each other.
We applied originally developed trilobal rotor.
As a standard specification, a sanitary screwed union joint is applied for connection of suction and discharge port, but we can also provide with ferrules, flanges and PT screws.

Characteristics
Pump with non-contact originally developed trilobal rotor.
Liquid is transferred in a smooth manner without being damaged or the solid content being broken.
Available with both rotation, the suction and discharge line can be freely chosen.
Perfect Sanitation.
Adopting SUS316 as material.

Vane Pumps

V series

The rotor shaft is eccentrically installed. When it rotates, 2 rotor-plates (vanes) slide alternatively and transfer the liquid. This simple structure enables easy handling such as cleaning and disassembly and contributes to low maintenance costs and high economic performance.

Vacuum Pumps

H series

Despite the equipment heavy weight per air flow due to low speed operation, our reciprocating vacuum pumps are still widely used because of their advantages such as solid structure, easy handling and high efficiency in the intermediated vacuum range.
